At Apart Studio, we want you to love your home curation. If a piece doesn't fit your space, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Item
Carefully repackage the item in its original protective packaging to ensure it remains undamaged during transit back to our studio.
Ship It Back
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our team inspects the returned item, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5 to 7 business days.
